A stylish, broad-brimmed number will protect your ears as well as your neck and face. Sunglasses are a good idea, too. And don't forget the sunscreen.
You need protection against both UVB and UVA rays. Sunscreens that contain Parsol® 1789 or Zinc Oxide provide protection throughout the UVA spectrum. Don't just trust the marketing. Look for the proper active ingredients.
Apply your sunscreen 30 minutes before you go out in the sun, and then reapply at least every 80 minutes or as directed on the bottle.
