Amy Adelstein, Assistant Coach
Hey everyone! My name is Amy Adelstein and I am so excited for this swim season! I am a student at James Madison University and I am studying nursing. I have been swimming competitively for fourteen years. I swam for ARA, Atlee High School, and Burkwood Aquatic Club. Currently I am on the JMU Club swim team. My favorite stroke is freestyle and my favorite event was the 1000 freestyle. Outside of the pool I enjoy hiking, cheering on the JMU Dukes, and eating lots of ice cream. I'm looking forward to this season. Go Gators!

Molly Sheffield, Assistant Coach
Hi my name is Molly Sheffield and I am currently a senior at Lee Davis High School. I am a swimmer for my high school team and also swim at Poseidon. I have been swimming since I was 5 and started swimming year-round when I was 9. I started with summer league swimming, then swam for the YMCA and a the age of 11, I began swimming for BAC, which is currently Poseidon. I will be swimming at Virginia Tech this fall. My best stroke is butterfly, but I also do a lot of IM. I have given swimming lessons for the past 2 years to children with various swimming abilities. Teaching swimming techniques is one of my passions, and I am considering coaching as a career after college. I can't wait to work with the team this summer and I am super excited to see what the season brings!
